1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon olive oil
12 Brussels sprouts, trimmed and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
I like to sprinkle with a touch of Mrs. Dash instead
Add the butter and olive oil to a skillet over medium heat until butter is melted and begins to brown about 1 minute of so.
Add in Brussels sprouts, lemon
juice into butter and oil, stir until sprouts are
just heated and start to soften about 45 seconds. Remove
from heat.
