1/8 teaspoon pepper- 1/8 teaspoon thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon
Mrs. Dash Italian medley seasoning
- 1 large egg
Italian breadcrumbs
- 1 15 ounce can salmon
- Olive oil
In a large bowl, mix together first 5 ingredients, add salmon and mix together well.
Shape into 6 patties.
In a large fry pan on medium heat, fry patties in olive oil. 3
minutes on each side or until golden brown.
You can also use Tuna for a change
